1. MARINE COLLAGEN

A NATURAL FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENT TO BOOST/RESTORE HYDRATION, TONICITY AND ELASTICITY OF TISSUES

A pure, made-in-France, essential ingredient with a neutral taste to help boost and maintain the natural synthesis of collagen fibres

Fish skin, a resource previously unexploited, has 7 times less carbon impact than bovine collagen!

Collagen was naturally consumed long ago by our ancestors, whose diet had a higher animal collagen content (skin, cartilage and bones). Collagen is compatible with a paleo- friendly diet.

Traditionally used in Japan, where it is known to be particularly biocompatible or bioactive, as well as ensuring good bioavailability

  • It consists of proteins in the form of hydrolysed peptides (enzymatic hydrolysis) from bioactive natural marine collagen developed using a sustainable developmental strategy
  • Molecular weight less than 4 kilodaltons (kDa). It is a low molecular weight, optimised for maximum assimilation and better biological efficiency (bio-active peptides). In comparison, collagen before hydrolysis has a molecular weight of 300 kDa
  • Particularly rich in the amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, which are involved in collagen synthesis and connective tissue regeneration
  • Also rich in glutamine, which contributes to the acid-base balance and repair of intestinal cells, and therefore supports the immune system
  • GMO free - Fat free - Carbohydrate and sugar free - Preservative free
  • No ionisation treatment - No radioactivity
  • Strict manufacturing standards - Quality in accordance with ISO 9001 - ISO 22000
  • Halal certification
  • 100% fish origin: no risk of BSE for bovine collagen, no risk of avian flu for chicken collagen
  • Peptides are derived from natural collagen, which is cut into smaller pieces (enzymatic hydrolysis) which are easier to digest
  • Neutral taste, add to water, yoghurt or cottage cheese
  • DO NOT MIX WITH PRODUCTS THAT ARE TOO HOT - AVOID COOKING
  • To boost/restore moisture levels and the elasticity of the skin for an anti-ageing effect.
  • Also promotes intestinal comfort.

Points to note:

  • Collagen is naturally present in the body (muscles, skin, bones, tendons, cartilage, hair, nails, etc.) and plays a major role in providing support and/or increasing elasticity.
  • From the age of 25, collagen production in humans decreases by 1.5% per year.
  • From the age of 45, the body produces about 1/3 less collagen, resulting in reduced tissue tone (joints, muscles, skin, etc.), loss of mobility and loss of the overall "youthful" appearance.
  • Current diets – which are often unbalanced with over-emphasis on ready meals and lean meat without bones or cartilage – leads to lower external collagen consumption.
  • An additional supply of bioactive collagen - rich in key amino acids that make up type I collagen - helps to stimulate and restart the body's own collagen metabolism. In joint cartilage, the hydrolysed peptides contained in our marine collagen also stimulate chondrocyte production - cells that are involved in type II collagen synthesis.
  • For the hair too! Marine collagen supports the activity of the stem cells of the hair bulb in depth and thus boosts the production of keratin. This protein is responsible for the strength of hair and nails.

Studies and scientific evidence:

  • A supplementation of 5g/day of bioactive fish collagen peptides was performed for 12 to 14 weeks.
  • Significant results were observed as early as 6 weeks on various functions
  • SKIN BEAUTY: a significant improvement in skin hydration (+23%), a significant increase in skin elasticity (+24%) as well as a decrease in skin relief - "wrinkles" (-9%) have been shown. An overall "anti-ageing" action that can be explained in part by a better defence reaction of the skin against the effects of time and the environment (slowing down of endogenous synthesis, UV radiation, pollution). Clinical study over 12 weeks.

Collagen has a nourishing action "from within": it can therefore be used in addition to a topical solution (e.g. cosmetic cream). The effect of the latter will inevitably be limited when applied to the skin because the skin barrier prevents “foreign” active ingredients from being absorbed. However, when we drink or ingest collagen, most of it is absorbed by the intestinal walls and put to good use by the skin.

Main roles and functions of collagen in our body:

2. THE NATURAL MELANIN-REGUL COMPLEX

A PLANT SYNERGY FOR A NEW BEAUTY RITUAL TO FIGHT BROWN SPOTS, EVEN SKIN TONE AND RADIANCE
What are age or sun-related brown spots?

Brown spots linked to ageing or sun exposure are often called age spots, sun spots or solar lentigos. These brown spots generally appear on sun-exposed skin, such as the face, hands, shoulders and arms. They are associated with two main factors:

Skin ageing: With age, the skin undergoes various changes, including a reduction in cell regeneration, a loss of collagen and elastin, and alterations in the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for skin colour. Pigment cells called melanocytes may become more active or produce melanin irregularly. These changes can lead to an accumulation of uneven pigmentation, manifesting itself in the form of brown spots.

Sun exposure: The sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays are a major factor contributing to the formation of brown spots. Prolonged exposure to UV rays can stimulate the production of melanin in certain areas of the skin, leading to excessive pigmentation. Sun spots are often the result of repeated exposure to the sun without adequate protection.

It is important to note that although these spots are generally not medically dangerous, they can be aesthetically undesirable. However, medical supervision is necessary if they develop.
Mechanism of action

Melanin-REGUL Complex is a synergistic formula of premium quality botanicals. It naturally helps to correct hyperpigmentation and regulate melanin production by combining the power of grape-seed polyphenols, grape viniferin, liquorice extract and vitamin C, for an overall brightening action on the complexion.

Its mechanism of action is to block the transformation of tyrosine into melanin by inhibiting a specific enzyme, tyrosinase.

The patented Melanin-REGUL Complex is made up of 4 powerful ingredients which act in synergy to regulate melanin production: taken together, their action results in 85% inhibition of the tyrosinase enzyme responsible for melanin production.

2.1. VINIFERIN

Viniferin is a polyphenol found in grapes and wine. It is a member of the flavonoid family of plant compounds with antioxidant properties. Viniferin has been studied for its potential benefits for the skin, particularly for its antioxidant properties and its action on skin pigmentation.

It is largely responsible for inhibiting tyrosinase, a key enzyme involved in melanin production. By reducing tyrosinase activity, viniferin can help to reduce hyperpigmentation and even out skin tone.

We have selected viniferin from grape marc extract from France.

2.2. GRAPE-SEED POLYPHENOLS

Grape-seed polyphenols are natural compounds found in grape seeds and, in particular, in grape-seed extracts. They are part of the polyphenol family of antioxidants found in many plant-based foods. Grape-seed polyphenols have been studied for their various health benefits, including for the skin.

Certain grape-seed polyphenols, in particular proanthocyanidins, have been shown to have photoprotective properties. They can help protect the skin from damage caused by the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays.

Grape-seed polyphenols can help inhibit melanin production, helping to reduce hyperpigmentation and even out skin tone.

We have selected polyphenols from grape seeds from France and the Champagne region.

2.3. LIQUORICE EXTRACT

Liquorice extract is derived from the Glycyrrhiza glabra plant, which is native to the Mediterranean region and Asia. This extract has long been used in traditional medicine for its medicinal properties. As far as the skin is concerned, liquorice extract is valued for a number of potential benefits.

Liquorice extract contains compounds such as glycyrrhizin and liquiritin, which have anti-inflammatory properties. This can help soothe irritated, red or inflamed skin.

The antioxidant compounds in liquorice extract can help neutralise free radicals, helping to prevent oxidative damage to the skin. This damage is often linked to premature skin ageing.

Liquorice extract can help reduce hyperpigmentation by inhibiting melanin production. This can be useful in reducing the appearance of brown spots, acne scars and other pigmentation irregularities.

Some skincare products containing liquorice extract may have moisturising properties, helping to keep the skin supple.

Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, liquorice extract can help reduce the appearance of redness and skin irritation.

Finally, studies suggest that the glycyrrhizin present in liquorice extract may have a protective effect against damage caused by the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays.

3. VITAMIN C

TO COMBAT FATIGUE AND CELL AGEING

It also plays an important role in the metabolism and normal function of the body through various biochemical reactions and collagen synthesis in particular!

Vitamin C (or ascorbic acid) is a major vitamin found in fruits and vegetables. The human body cannot synthesise vitamin C and the only way we can get an adequate supply is through food. It is sensitive to cooking and to air. It is therefore important to eat fresh fruit and vegetables quickly to make the most of their vitamin C content.

It mainly helps to reduce fatigue, combat oxidation and cell ageing, and strengthen the immune system.

This is why we have selected acerola powder, a fruit particularly rich in natural vitamin C.

Its major functions on the SKIN are as follows:

  • Helps to promote normal collagen formation
  • Helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.

1 dose / day = 6 g = 1 tablespoon =

  • 5g of collagen proteins in the form of hydrolysed peptides with rapid and complete assimilation
  • 300 mg Belight™, patented plant complex based on grape viniferin, grape seed flavanols, liquorice extract to help maintain a healthy complexion, and vitamin C
  • 50 mg Tomesoral™, patented extract of heirloom white tomatoes, rich in phytoene and phytofluene, which stimulates the production of the antioxidant glutathione in the body.
  • 20 mg of vitamin C

   anti-rides

For best results, consume 1 dose per day, at breakfast or before dinner.

1.5-, 3-month course of treatment to be repeated if necessary.

MODE D'EMPLOI
