INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1 to 3 serving(s) per day according to your needs, preferably at breakfast and/or as a 5 p.m. snack, added to:

  • a smoothie, a juice or a warm soup
  • water or, according to preference, a drink, yogurt or plant-based dessert
  • a no-bake homemade biscuit or bar recipe

OUR GOURMET RECIPE: CHOCOLATE SAUCE

> 1 serving of Elixirpur
> 2 cl of water (i.e. 1 tablespoon of water)
> 1 teaspoon of raw cocoa (or, if unavailable, unsweetened cocoa)
> 1 teaspoon of whole cane sugar
> 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • Mix the protein powder with the water. It will clump. Let it rest for 3–4 minutes and mix again. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. If needed, let it rest again and stir once more.
  • Serve the chocolate sauce with sliced fruit (apple, pear, kiwi, banana, persimmon, peach, etc.). You can also enjoy it on a pancake.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
