INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Pour the contents of 2 level scoops (22g of preparation) into a bowl or shaker filled with 150 to 200 ml of cold water. The amount of water can be adjusted to your preference.
  • Mix using a whisk or shaker.
  • Let it rest for a few seconds before consuming, cold or hot (gently heat in a saucepan or microwave for 30 seconds after removing the shaker lid).
