IT'S NOT COLLAGEN, BUT IT HELPS YOUR BODY PRODUCE IT!
AN EXCELLENT PLANT-BASED ALTERNATIVE, IN POWDER FORM, A PRECURSOR TO OUR OWN COLLAGEN
It is a genuine plant-based alternative (unlike egg proteins or synthetic amino acids) for those seeking to support their health and the quality and beauty of their skin without resorting to animal or synthetic products. Or for those who are allergic to fish.
Plant-based collagen does not exist! Collagen is a protein found only in animal tissue. It is therefore produced by animals (mainly mammals and fish) and extracted from their skin, bones, and cartilage. However, "vegan alternatives to collagen" do exist. These products do not contain actual collagen, but rather alternative ingredients that support the body's collagen production or act in a similar way.
These alternative ingredients and precursors to animal-based collagen include:
- Amino acids or peptides: amino acids such as glycine, proline, or hydroxyproline (the three main components of animal collagen) or other amino acids from plant sources can stimulate the body's natural collagen production. As amino acids have a very bitter taste, peptides, which are small chains of amino acids with a much more pleasant taste, are often preferred;
- Organic silicon: silicon (found in plants such as nettles and bamboo) is an important mineral in collagen formation. It can help stimulate collagen production in the skin, hair, and joints;
- or Vitamin C: Vitamin C is essential for collagen production. Many vegan collagen supplements contain vitamin C from plant sources (such as acerola, citrus fruits, or berries) to support collagen synthesis.
We have therefore developed a 100% vegan complex formula, which combines several plant-based ingredients that work synergistically as precursors to animal collagen, as found in the human body.
- Dosage: 5 g = 2 level teaspoons per day > 1 jar = 30 days
- 2- to 3-month treatment (2 to 3 jars) - repeat if necessary
- Dissolve in water using a shaker if necessary, or in cottage cheese or yogurt
- Neutral flavor, 150g jar - 100% recyclable packaging
- Soy-free, no synthetic amino acids
- No sugar or sweeteners, no flavorings, no additives, pesticide-free
1. PLANT PEPTIDES
What are they?
Plant peptides are chains of amino acids extracted from plant sources, such as pea, rice, hemp, soy, or other plant proteins. These peptides are usually hydrolyzed, which means they are broken down into small chains of amino acids to facilitate their absorption and use by the body.
The benefits of plant peptides
Specifically chosen for their composition of certain amino acids, some peptides have been shown to support collagen production in the human body. As precursors to collagen, these specific plant peptides are also referred to as "pro-collagen" molecules that can be converted into collagen by the body.
Our vegan Pro-Collagen offer
We have selected plant peptides extracted from traditional vegetables, such as broccoli and carrots, and hydrolyzed them to provide the building blocks for collagen production in the human body.
Our plant peptides have the ideal structure (molecular weight, chain length) and profile (amino acids, including hydroxyproline, proline, and glycine) of animal collagen, with a minimum protein content of 70%.
Good to know:
- 70% protein peptides (and not free amino acids)
- High content of Hydroxyproline (9%), Proline (10%) and Glycine (18%), the 3 main amino acids that make up collagen.
- These levels are almost identical to those found in animal collagen: 10%, 12% and 26% for Hydroxyproline, Proline and Glycine respectively in fish collagen
- In-vivo clinical studies, based on a dose of 2.5g: skin and fine lines, hair growth, muscle strength, joint pain, etc.
- Molecular weight = 1 KDa or 1000 Daltons
- Designed to biologically mimic type I and III collagen
- Neutral in taste, colorless, odorless, and instantly soluble
- 100% plant-based, including the process: certified vegan (May 2024)
Scientific studies and evidence:
- Clinical studies were designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of our vegan Pro-Collagen supplement at different dosages (2.5 g, 5 g, and 10g) in adult participants (248 subjects completed the studies in different groups).
- The study criteria focused on: crow's feet and fine lines, skin texture - roughness, dryness, wrinkles, smoothness... and much more.
- The initial in-vivo study included a very large number of parameters, with a particular focus on nutricosmetics: fine lines, hair, skin, etc... but also joint pain according to the VAS, changes in muscle strength (assessed by the sum of hangrip, elbow flexion and extension, ...).
- Finally, our vegan Pro-Collagen was also compared to collagen of animal origin.
- The evaluations in the latest article included changes in the skin (elasticity, hydration, wrinkles, fine lines, Glogau skin age, ...), changes in pain scale scores, muscle strength ... and the subject's perception.
- Vegan Pro-Collagen supplementation effectively improved multiple age-related problems such as wrinkles, fine lines, joint pain, muscle strength, and hair growth, with additional benefits in improving the appearance of skin, hair, and nails. All of these results were achieved with the lowest dose of 2.5 g.
- The study also confirmed the safety of Vegan Pro-Collagen.
Clinical results:
- 53% Reduction in wrinkles
- 47% Reduction in hair loss
- 26% Improvement in skin hydration
- 65% Strengthening of upper body muscles
- 50% Hair growth
Main roles and functions of collagen in our body:

2. HYALURONIC ACID, THE EXPERT INGREDIENT FOR "SMOOTHING OUT" DEHYDRATED SKIN
A molecule naturally present in the body and widely distributed in our epithelial and nervous tissues
Capable of retaining more than 1000 times its weight in water. For more supple and plump skin
The natural amount of hyaluronic acid decreases with age, so by the age of 50, we lose half of our hyaluronic acid reserves
Appropriate supplementation therefore helps to regenerate the skin:
- Very high-quality molecule, produced using innovative plant biofermentation - no impact on Nature, no impact on People -
- Offered here with optimized fraction sizes - from 50 to 3000 kDa - specifically adapted for optimal use on the skin: our hyaluronic acid has the advantage of combining the highest degree of absorption while promoting the production of endogenous hyaluronic acid.
- Excellent tolerance
- Suitable for moisturizing young skin as well as for anti-aging in more mature skin
- Proven effectiveness (see studies below)
- The hyaluronic acid we use is: allergen-free, GMO-free, vegan, and developed without animal testing
Good to know - Hyaluronic acid:
- Improves the tone of mature, damaged, or specific skin types
- Improves skin hydration and elasticity from within
- Reduces the depth and volume of wrinkles
- Improves endogenous hyaluronic acid synthesis
Roles and functions of hyaluronic acid in the skin:

3. HORSETAIL (SILICON)
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is a natural source of silicon (silica), a key mineral for collagen synthesis, and offers numerous benefits for the health of connective tissues, including the skin, joints, hair, and bones. Thanks to its role in collagen production and stabilization, horsetail can:
- Improve skin firmness and reduce signs of skin aging
- Strengthen joints and cartilage by improving the quality of connective tissues
- Promote hair growth and nail strength
- Aid in tissue healing and regeneration after trauma
Thus, horsetail is an excellent supplement for supporting collagen production and promoting the repair and regeneration of connective tissues throughout the body.
4. STINGING NETTLE
A TREASURE TROVE OF REGENERATIVE PROPERTIES FOR HAIR
This plant, which we avoid in nature because of its stinging properties, is nevertheless full of components that are particularly beneficial for healthy hair. They are also traditionally used as cosmetic ingredients in shampoos.
Traditionally used for 2,000 years, stinging nettle powder - which has no taste or stinging properties - is known for being:
- rich in minerals and trace elements: calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, sulfur, zinc, manganese, copper, and selenium
- rich in silica (a water-soluble form of the mineral silicon transformed by the plant)
- rich in vitamins A, C, and B
Thanks to its richness, stinging nettle powder is known to be:
- remineralizing and soothing
- toning and firming
- regenerating and revitalizing
Good to know - Stinging nettle:
- Helps strengthen hair to restore its natural beauty
- Helps combat hair loss
- Helps regulate sebum (for oily hair) and soothe the scalp (especially in cases of dandruff)
- Helps strengthen brittle nails by providing strength and resistance
- In addition, it also regulates the sebaceous function of the skin (blemished skin) and stimulates renal elimination.
5. MARINE MAGNESIUM
Magnesium extracted from seawater is often promoted for its beneficial properties, particularly because it is considered more natural and better absorbed by the body than other forms of magnesium (synthetic or mineral salt-based) used in supplements. This magnesium comes mainly from seawater or sea salts, and is often obtained through a process of evaporating seawater, which concentrates the minerals it contains. We have selected a seawater magnesium from the Mediterranean basin.
Seawater also contains a range of complementary minerals and trace elements (such as calcium, potassium, sodium, and sulfur) that can improve the absorption and effectiveness of magnesium.
Magnesium plays a major role in many regulatory functions within the body: reducing fatigue, electrolyte balance, energy metabolism, nervous system, muscle and bone function, psychological function, teeth, etc.
Good to know - Marine magnesium:
- Contributes in particular to the synthesis of proteins, including collagen and elastin
6. VITAMIN B2
ESSENTIAL VITAMIN FOR HEALTHY, PROTECTED SKIN
Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is a water-soluble vitamin that is essential for the proper functioning of the body. It plays a key role in several biological processes. In addition to its role as an essential cofactor in the chemical reactions that enable energy production (in the mitochondria), it is particularly involved in cellular health.
Vitamin B2 has an important antioxidant function: it helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, which can help prevent premature aging and certain degenerative diseases.
Vitamin B2 is important for maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes. It plays a role in skin regeneration and repair, particularly through cellular energy production. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and helps reduce skin inflammation, which can be beneficial in cases of dermatitis, redness, or other inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema or acne.
The main sources of vitamin B2 are dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt), meat (especially liver), eggs, green leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli), whole grains (wheat, oats), legumes (lentils, chickpeas), nuts, and seeds.
Here, we have selected a powder made from sprouted buckwheat seeds, which is particularly rich in natural vitamin B2.
Its main functions are:
- Contributes to maintaining normal skin
- Helps protect cells against oxidative stress
7. VITAMIN B8 (BIOTIN)
THE ULTIMATE "BEAUTY" VITAMIN FOR HAIR AND NAILS
Like most B vitamins, biotin or vitamin B8 plays an essential role in the production of energy from proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids from food, as well as in the synthesis of fatty acids and amino acids.
It acts more specifically on the renewal of hair, nail, and skin cells. It may also play a role in the immune response.
The main sources of vitamin B8 are organ meats (poultry liver), brewer's yeast, almonds, walnuts, and buckwheat.
We have selected a powder made from sprouted buckwheat seeds, which is particularly rich in natural vitamin B8.
Its main functions are:
- Contribution to the maintenance of normal hair.
8. VITAMIN C
A VITAMIN THAT COMBATS CELLULAR AGING LINKED TO OXIDATIVE STRESS
It also plays an important role in metabolism and normal functioning through various biochemical reactions in the body. This includes collagen synthesis!
Vitamin C (or ascorbic acid) is a major vitamin found in fruits and vegetables. Our bodies cannot synthesize it, and food is the only way to obtain the necessary and sufficient amount. It is sensitive to cooking and air. It is therefore important to consume fresh fruits and vegetables quickly to retain all their vitamin C.
Its main benefits include reducing fatigue, fighting oxidation and cellular aging, and strengthening the immune system.
We have selected an organic acerola powder, a fruit that is particularly rich in natural vitamin C.
Its main functions are:
- Contribution to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
